We’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the Specsavers Employer Brand team, producing a series of internal and external-facing videos designed to showcase the people, culture, and values behind one of the UK’s most recognised retail health brands. These videos tell authentic stories from within the organisation—highlighting career journeys, team culture, and the unique sense of purpose that drives Specsavers forward. Each piece was created to support their talent attraction, employee engagement, and brand identity goals across digital platforms.
For the video below, we worked alongside employer brand agency, 33, to create a series of 9 videos to help launch Specsavers new career website. We interviewed 9 different colleagues and asked them their opinion on what life is like at Specsavers and why they love working there.
