SUSTAINABLE LOBSTER FISHING -
BRANDED DOCUMENTARY
We produced a powerful micro-documentary for The Sardine Factory, a celebrated restaurant on the Cornish coast,
spotlighting one of their key local suppliers—Will, a young fisherman whose daily catch provides the lobsters featured
on the restaurant’s seasonal menu. The film tells Will’s story with honesty and care, capturing both the beauty and the
hardship of life at sea. It not only highlights the restaurant’s commitment to local sourcing and sustainability
but also sheds light on the challenges faced by small-scale fishermen working to preserve a vital coastal tradition.
